We offer 3 different levels of programming that you can choose to follow.
Our Starter Program is for people who are just starting out, The Level Up Program if for people who wish to take their fitness to the next level and the Athlete Program is for people who have been working out for many years and are not shy on pushing themselves even further.
This program will give you 3 + 1 optional training per week, each session lasting from around 45 to 90 minutes.
THE LEVEL UP PROGRAM
This program will give you 4 + 1 optional training per week, with each session lasting from 60 to 90 minutes.
THE ATHLETE PROGRAM
This program will give you 5 + 1 optional training per week, each session lasting in an average of 90 mins.
INDIVIDUALISED REMOTE TRAINING
Online Personal Training is a form of remote training.
How it works:
Get in touch with us regarding online training.
We will get all the informations that we will require from you in order to create the best program for you.
We will start working on your training programme and you will soon have access to it via the software we use.
Once gained access to the programme, you will be required to complete the workouts on your time BUT you are not alone! If you have any questions or you are stuck, simply get in touch with us and we will assist you as best as we can.
Weekly regular check ups to see how things are going.
