ABOUT "Project YOU"
"Project YOU" is an all around fitness service for those who want it all.
4 to 6 sessions per week for 12 weeks, that will consist of 2 to 4, in-person training, (dependent on availability) and the rest of the training days, you will receive 2 to 4, workout programmes, that you will be required to do alone.
Some of the training sessions will focus on core strength, flexibility, mobility and muscle tension release when and where it is necessary.
Greatest results are best achieved with a solid meal plan. You will receive a 2 week meal plan, that will be fully customised to your fitness goals, needs, likes and dislikes.
Taking on this programme will help you achieve your fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain etc.). As you start seeing your body change, your nutrition will need to change too, therefore about every 2 weeks (dependent on progress), I will check your meal plan and adjust it to the new YOU.
Shopping trip is an educational trip that you and your trainer will take together. Together you will go around the grocery store and your trainer will help you learn about what to buy and what to avoid when doing grocery.
