HIIT Fat Burning 30
HIIT 30 is a 30 minutes, intense and very effective high intensity interval training done outdoors. This workout will mainly use body weight exercises and some other fitness equipment (this could be free weights, battle ropes, kettlebells, bench etc.). These workouts will boost your metabolism and help will promote fat burning.
CORE 30 is a 30 min, generally equipment free, abdominal focused workout. We will target the entire abdominal wall using a variety of different training methods, like body weight exercises, isometric exercise and some equipment ones both for the fun of it and to progress certain movements.
