Working with Me
My aim isn't simply to help you achieve your fitness goals, but also to help you live a fitter and healthier life. During our fitness "journey" together, I would like to teach you exercise techniques and training methods, nutrition facts and core management guides that you can use even when you're not training with me.
I am passionate about what I do and like to learn new fitness methods, watch fitness and nutrition related materials to always better myself. The newly learnt knowledge is always tested on me first and when it works would be introduced to you too.
I also believe in a saying of "practice what you preach" and keep myself fit with regular exercise and follow a healthy diet.
