This type of remote training is best for people who have a busy schedule and cannot commit to a certain time of the day.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. After contacting us, we will start working on your bespoke training programmes that will be tailored to achieve your fitness goals and needs.

  2. Once the programmes are done, you will have access to it on a software, where you will have plenty of support either through videos, video calls or email/WhatsApp access.

  3. Regular weekly check ups, to see how you are getting on.
