Working with Me

My aim isn't simply to help you achieve your fitness goals, but also to help you live a fitter and healthier life. During our fitness "journey" together, I would like to teach you exercise techniques and training methods, nutrition facts and core management guides that you can use even when you're not training with me. I am passionate about what I do and like to learn new fitness methods, watch fitness and nutrition related materials to always better myself. The newly learnt knowledge is always tested on me first and when it works would be introduced to you too. I also believe in a saying of "practice what you preach" and keep myself fit with regular exercise and follow a healthy diet.

Bespoke Fitness Routines

Everyone is different and everyone has different fitness goals. A plan that works perfectly for one person may not work for you. That is why I always bring fitness routines that are personalized to you and your goals.

Progression Tracking

Progression tracking is a feature that is optional but most people like to track their fitness. At Canada Water Personal Training, tracking that is usually done between every 4-8 weeks.

Variety of Training Methods

It's important to work on all aspect of fitness wether that be cardiovascular fitness, strength or flexibility. I offer a variety of training methods and utilize these according to your fitness goals.

Support and Motivation

As your trainer, I will keep you motivated and will support you along your fitness journey.

Nutrition Advice

Nutrition is a big part of fitness. In order to achieve your fitness goals, your diet will have to be on track. I will be able to help you with general nutrition advice and with a more personalized meal plan.
