LBP MANAGEMENT

85% of the population will experience back pain at some point in their life. It is vital that you understand what is causing your back pain and know how to manage your symptoms.

 

ALL AROUND LBP MANAGEMENT

90% of the times, low back pain is associated with one or the combination of the followings:

  • weak abdominal muscles

  • tights hip flexors

  • tight hamstring

  • tight or weak gluteus

Therefore, during the low back pain focused sessions, we will primarily focus on improving core strength and core stability and will improve any other muscle weaknesses as well as work on any possible flexibility and mobility issues.
